UK lifts the electronic ban on Royal Jordanian flights bound to London Heathrow
The UK authorities lifted the electronic ban that was imposed on larger phones, laptops and tablets in the cabin on Royal Jordanian flights from Queen Alia International Airport to the UK.

Effective August 4, 2017, Royal Jordanian passengers are allowed to carry these electronic devices in the cabin.
The UK government’s decision to lift the ban required carriers to apply additional security measures for UK-bound flights.
On March 26 this year, passengers flying directly from Jordan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Tunis and Lebanon to the UK were banned from carrying above mentioned devices in the aircraft cabin.
