Pegasus Airlines prepares for its biggest summer yet at London Stansted
Pegasus Airlines is launching its biggest flight schedule yet from London Stansted this summer.
Turkey’s leading low-cost airline is offering more flexibility and choice to holidaymakers in London and the East of England this year by operating 55 direct flights per week to five top destinations across the country, including Istanbul, Antalya, Dalaman, Ankara, and Izmir.
Since launching operations from Stansted in 2007 with a single scheduled flight to Istanbul, the airline has grown significantly carrying six million passengers on routes from the airport.
Chief Financial Officer, Pegasus Airlines’ Barbaros Kubatoğlu said: “That more than six million passengers have flown with Pegasus Airlines from London Stansted since 2007 is a special milestone in our history.
“Connecting people, places, and cultures is at the heart of what we do, and we’re proud to continue this mission, taking passengers between the UK, Turkey and beyond.
“We continually strive to offer the best possible experience on our well-connected low-cost flights and further our sustainability initiatives.”
