As part of the measures being taken by the UAE government to increase UAE National employment rates by creating an employment scheme which aims to ensure that 15% of positions in the private sector are filled by UAE Nationals, several of Mubadala Aerospace’s assets are taking part in the fair to announce their current job openings and career opportunities to encourage young Emiratis to consider a career in the aerospace industry.

Committed to growing local Emirati talent and driving opportunity for the aerospace industry, Mubadala Aerospace’s assets form a global network of aerospace businesses that demonstrates world-class performance, creating innovative products, and delivering value-added services to its customers. The network of aerospace companies is offering many beginner and advanced roles in several different fields related to the industry and is able to provide local youth with a growing number of high-tech opportunities.

Homaid Al Shemmari, executive director of Mubadala Aerospace, (pictured above) said that “We are delighted to be able to support Najah this year by having a presence at the fair. Our team at the stand will be on hand to explain the variety of the career opportunities across our portfolio of assets that are open to those attending; for entry-level job seekers, graduates and those with more experience in the aviation and aerospace industry.”

The event runs until Thursday.
