Maslowski steps down from Hawker Beechcraft defence role

“Jim was instrumental in establishing the T-6 in international markets, launching the upgraded T-6B, and taking the concept of the AT-6 and making it a reality,” said Bill Boisture, Hawker Beechcraft chairman and CEO. “We are pleased to have his continued involvement in our T-6 and AT-6 programs moving forward and wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement.”
Prior to joining Hawker Beechcraft, Maslowski served in vice president roles at Raytheon Missile Systems and L-3 Communications Integrated Systems. He retired as a Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy, where he served as Director, Navy International Programs Office, and was responsible for Department of the Navy international programs. During his naval career, Maslowski held high-level executive and commanding officer positions and also served as a member of the U.S. Navy’s flight demonstration team, the Blue Angels. He is highly decorated for his service in peacetime and during four combat deployments earning the Legion of Merit with six Gold Stars and 16 Strike/Flight Air Medals.
“We have been honored to have a patriot among us,” Boisture said.
Boisture will take over as acting president, HBDC, on an interim basis until a replacement is named.
