First Libyan trainees graduate at JATS

Jordan Airline Training and Simulation (JATS) recently held a graduation ceremony for the first batch of Libyan maintenance graduates who completed the A318/A319/A320/A321 (CFM56 and V2500) B1T1+B2T2 under EASA 147 Approval for Maintenance courses.

Seven Engineers were awarded with certificates of satisfactory.  In addition to the EASA course, the graduates completed an Engine Run-Up course on the A320 Simulator in order to complete their training at JATS. 

The event was attended by JATS’ management team and Libyan Airline Area Manager. 

This graduation is one of the first steps towards the re-building of the Libyan aviation sector after the recent liberation of the country.
