Emirates appoints new divisional vice president, UK

Al-Azeeby will succeed incumbent Richard Jewsbury, who first joined Emirates in 2005 and has served in multiple roles across the business. Over the past 6 years, Richard successfully led Emirates’ sales and service functions across the airline’s commercial, customer and cargo operations across the UK. In March, Jewsbury moved to take up the Dubai-based role of Executive VP Corporate and Customer Experience Planning. 

“The United Kingdom is one of Emirates’ most important operations, and I’m looking forward to working closely with the team locally to continue the momentum of the past few years, as well as bringing my experience of the Middle East market to the region,” said Al-Azeeby. “The move to London is very exciting and I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to immerse myself in the opportunities as well as any challenges that arise.”
