All change at the top of Sabena Technic

The group decided to change the by-laws governing its subsidiary. As a result Sabena technics - which has an MRO presence at Monastir in Tunisia - is transformed from a limited liability company with executive and supervisory boards (société à directoire et conseil de surveillance) into a limited liability company with board of directors (société anonyme à conseil d’administration).

As a result the Sabena technics board of directors, appointed Rodolphe Marchais Chairman and CEO. Following his appointment, Rodolphe Marchais named Jean-Luc Fournel COO customers; Philippe Rochet COO production, and Stéphane Burton COO supply chain & support.

The Sabena board paid tribute to Christophe Bernardini, president of the executive board since 2006, for his work at the head of the company.
