AJW Capital appoints Erlendur Svavarsson as its CEO
AJW Capital, an aviation asset management company with offices in the Middle East, has appointed Erlendur Svavarsson as its chief executive Officer (CEO).
Svavarsson served as an accomplished CEO and Board of Directors member within the airline and aviation industry with roles previously held at Cabo Verde Airlines, Loftleidir Icelandic, Arctica Finance, and Faradair Aerospace.
With a track record in leadership, business development, strategic planning, organisational change, international business, negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions, Svavarsson is a highly skilled professional.
In his new role at AJW Capital, Svavarsson will spearhead the company's strategic initiatives as it continues to thrive within the aviation industry. As part of the AJW Group of companies, AJW Capital serves as the principal investing division responsible for the purchase, sale, and lease of large aviation-related capital assets, including whole aircraft and engines.
