ACJC re-delivers an upgraded ACJ320 cabin to undisclosed customer

Acting on behalf of Airbus Corporate Jets for an ACJ320 customer, ACJC has successfully completed the engineering, installation and certification of a brand new Wi-Fi solution. The solution expands capability and enhances connectivity, allowing the internet to be used to make telephone calls. This retrofit work included the upgrade of an Airbus Swift Broad Band (SBB) solution, encompassing the replacement of the aircraft’s top skin fuselage panel.

ACJC’s expertise in cabin systems upgrades and its full Airbus Design Organization Approval (DOA) authority, ensures that its retrofit solutions comply fully with Airbus’ quality, performance, and aircraft architecture requirements. 

This complex integration was conducted in parallel with a major heavy maintenance check, including a landing-gear overhaul, enabling a one-stop visit for the customer.
