Flyadeal announces second gateway in Dubai
Saudi low-cost carrier Flyadeal has added a second gateway to Dubai with the launch of scheduled flights between Riyadh and Dubai World Central, effective 20 June 2024.
Steven Greenway, flyadeal chief executive officer, said: “Dubai World Central is a welcome addition to flyadeal’s current operations serving Dubai International Airport. Our second Dubai gateway takes frequency across both airports up to seven a day, a reflection of how flyadeal’s Riyadh – Dubai services have grown in popularity to become our busiest international route since we launched the flights in 2021.
“Our expansion in the UAE is also a recognition of how Dubai has grown into a dynamic regional and international metropolis of commerce and lifestyle living over the years with the city continuing to grow in all directions. As demand rises for business and leisure travel between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Dubai, we look forward to increasing capacity further in the coming months giving travellers even more options.”
