Three-day workshop in 'Leadership in a Complex Environment'

The three day workshop, which is the first to take place in the Middle East, will consist of Leadership training as well as actual flight simulation.    

The Leadership programme has three powerful leadership learning components:

• The Infinity Simulation Experience

• The Contextual Intelligence Workshop

• The Ayla Simulator and Flight Experience  

The Infinity simulation plunges participants into a compelling organisational adventure where they step into leadership roles and work together in order to bring their simulated company back from the brink of collapse and into a successful future. Participants experience two simulated Infinity years in friendly competition across several Infinity teams in order to determine which team is most successful within the simulation.

Contextual Intelligence Workshop helps participants understand, prepare for, and leverage complexity within an increasingly interconnected and complex business world.
