Test Flying Academy of South Africa signs agreement with South African Civil Aviation Authority
Test Flying Academy of South Africa (TFASA) has announced a cooperation agreement with the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA).
The aim of the partnership is to provide Test Flight Pilot and Test Flight Engineer services for the SACAA.
A statement from TFASA said: “We hereby announce that the SACAA has appointed our organisation, Test Flying Academy of South Africa to provide test flight pilot and test flight engineer services as and when required by the SACAA.
“The appointment commenced on 01 November 2021 and will endure for a period of two years until termination on 01 November 2023. Subsequent to the appointment, a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) was signed outlining all the detail, the deliverables and services that will be rendered to the SACAA during the course of the appointment. The signed SLA will be considered as a binding contract between the SACAA and TFASA.”
