Royal Jet managers certified for leadership skills

The ‘Certified Manager Programme’ is a three month course which develops and enhances general management skills and prepares individuals to take the management certification exams at the end. Those who successfully complete the exams achieve Certified Manager level - a prestigious credential that recognises competency and professionalism of managers worldwide in all fields.
The course consisted of a combination of classroom sessions and assignments - arranged and facilitated by Sun Learning Systems in the UAE - followed by the final examination.
At a special graduation ceremony held in Royal Jet’s Headquarters, Shane O’ Hare, along with Amna Al Mansouri - Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Support - and Nigel Fann, Founder and Instructor of Sun Learning Systems and a Member of the ICPM Board, presented the Certificates and Appreciation Letters to the newly certified managers.
Amna Al Mansouri said that throughout the three month period, the students had all shown a strong commitment to the course and their achievements were outstanding. "Certification has long been a mark of competency and credibility," she said, "and by encouraging our people in this way, we hope it will add to their overall skills set and motivate them further in their careers."
The ICPM is the world’s largest certifying organisation for the management profession, having certified over 10,000 managers worldwide for over 30 years. Last year some 200 managers across the UAE completed their CM training, which covered a number of core competencies, including Management Fundamentals, Planning, Organising and Strategising, Leadership Principles, and Quality and Financial Management.
