The initial audit was carried out for the A318/A319/A320/A321 family with CFM565 engines and the A319/A320/A321 with IAE V2500   engines as well as for the A340 200/300 CFM56 engines. All achieved B1T1 and B2T2.

In addition, JATS also complied and completed the stringent audit inspection by Mr. Alain Quillien from GSAC (Groupement pour la Sécurité de l'Aviation Civile) and that the company’s ground training received the EASA 147 approval for A330 (All Engines, B1T1 and B2T2) and for the Differences Courses from A340 with respect to A330 and A330 with respect to A340 200/300.

This certification is an achievement award for JATS’ management and staff and the academy says it could be the catalyst that will further strengthen the company’s leadership role and brand name recognition in the civil aviation training space. This will allow JATS to increase its market share by conquering the international aviation maintenance training industry, particularly Europe and the Middle East regions., the company said.

JATS’s training facilities now combine 6 Full-Flight Simulators; 2 A320’s, A310, B767, B737NG and EMB 170/190, which provide complete training packages that offer a wide range of simulator and Computer Based Training (CBT) for cockpit crew, cabin crew and airline staff from the international airline community.
