IndiGo expands Cadet Pilot Training with Marigold Aviation partnership
IndiGo has entered a partnership with Marigold Aviation for its coveted Cadet Pilot Program.
The collaboration marks IndiGo's 9th partnership within the program, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing the next generation of pilots and supporting the airline's growth plans.
Marigold Aviation is a provider of commercial airline flight training facilities, backed by a management and advisory team of experts in aviation and flight training. This expertise and experience enable the organisation to provide a uniquely tailored Cadet Pilot Program that sets high standards of quality and safety. From preparation for the DGCA exams to Commercial Pilot License Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (CPL - MEIR) acquisition and Airbus A320 type rating, the program charts out a comprehensive path to becoming a Junior First Officer with IndiGo.
The IndiGo-Marigold Aviation Cadet Pilot Program is a 21-month comprehensive training program divided into three key phases:
Phase 1 (15 months): Ground School, DGCA & Commercial Pilot License Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (CPL-MEIR) Training and Licensing at Marigold Aviation's world-class facilities.
Phase 2 (4 month): Foreign License Conversion.
Phase 3 (2 months): Airbus A320 Type Rating.
