Flightline Training Services recognised by Tanzanian CAA for its training programmes

Chief executive officer, Phyl Durdey, said: “I am very proud of our organization, with a lot of hard work and dedication we have achieved this fantastic milestone. First with Transport Canada, then the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and now the TCAA. This allows the Tanzanian operators to have access to world class training.”

Founded in 2001, the company serves its 150 customers on 40 aircraft types.

Evangelia Philippou, Nairobi centre manager said: “Being approved or recognized in 18 African countries has allowed our Nairobi training centre to closely support the entire African region. Offering cost effective, quality training delivered by experienced Instructors.”

Presently offering type, recurrent, differences and specialty training on the following manufacturers aircraft: Airbus, ATR, AVRO, Beechcraft, Bell, Boeing, Bombardier, CASA, Canadair, Cessna, Dehavilland, Dornier, Embraer, Pratt and Whitney, SAAB, and Viking.

Flightline Training Services has earned a respected position as a provider of quality maintenance training in a technically demanding industry.

Durdey added: “Our reputation is very important to us. We want to be the trainer of choice, providing this type of training offers a competitive advantage to our customers.”
