Dubai 2011: JATS and SKIES forge alliance

Jordan Airline Training and Simulation (JATS) and SKIES Consultancy have signed an agreement to recruit and promote two different type-rating modules on behalf of JATS.

These are for the Boeing B737-NG, Airbus A320 and Embraer aircraft.

SKIES will also act as JATS’ representative in Asia, Nigeria, Tunis and Algeria. SKIES Consultancy, a UAE based aviation group, provides integrated aviation support system for airlines and independent pilots.

JATS provides pilot, cabin crew and maintenance training, operating six full-flight simulators (two A320’s, A310, B767, B737ng and an Embraer), respectively.

It holds a large number of civil aviation authority approvals around the globe, including EASA 147 approval for A320, A340 and A330 engineering maintenance courses.
