CAE and Emirates partner in new venture

At the Dubai Airshow this week, Emirate and CAE announced Emirates-CAE Flight Training (ECFT), a joint venture between the two companies.

The agreement sees a five-year business aviation training agreement with Arab Wings to expand its training programme to 11 aircraft types.
 
"We look forward to continuing to provide the high-quality training and customer service they have come to expect over the course of this agreement," said Walter Visser, Emirates-CAE Flight Training Managing Director.
 
ECFT will be providing training services on 11 aircraft including models for Bombardier, Gulfstream, Cessna, Hawker and Embraer, and conducted in Dubai, UAE; Burgess Hill, United Kingdom; Copenhagen, Denmark; Dallas, Texas, in the United States; and Madrid, Spain.
