Airways Formation reaches out to international market
French professional pilot training centre Airways Formation aims to meet international market as airlines face pilot shortage.
The air transport industry will be facing a shortage of pilots, as many pilots born in the ‘baby boomer’ period post World War II will soon be reaching retirement age.
As this is the case, some Oceania and African airlines are sending their pilots to Airways Formation to train.
Airways Formation has put everything in place in order to meet and develop these international alliances.
“Our long experience in this domain gives us enough flexibility to meet the needs of airlines with a personal touch. We are investing in our development to meet the needs of this up coming market,” said Sébastien Lefebvre, CEO of Airways Formation.
Airways Formation operates a fleet of 14 aircraft and six FNPT2 simulators to train its pilots.
