Uganda CAA signs contract with Avitech

The technology will allow UCAA to enforce the International Civil Aviation Organization’s (ICAO) AIS to AIM Roadmap.

 

Phase III of the AIS to AIM project will give UCAA terrain and obstacles (eTOD) database and aeronautical charts generation, as well as obstacle survey, procedure design portals, airspace modelling and work stations for use as simulators.

 

Avitech has also provided a data originator portal to encourage quality management system (QMS) process of aeronautical data entry.
