Proflight Zambia and Zoona sign payment agreement

Travellers can book their Proflight tickets with the airline online, over the phone, by email or at a Proflight office. Payment can then be made at any one of Zoona’s 500 outlets countrywide. 

Passengers will be given a reference number when they book and a time limit in which to pay. This reference number is then quoted when making payment at their nearest Zoona outlet. 

“This new partnership with Proflight gives our customers even more reason to keep using our services.” said Zoona’s regional managing director, Lelemba Phiri. 

Zoona provides travellers with an SMS confirming their payment and the ticket will automatically be emailed to the passenger with all their flight information to any one of Proflight’s destinations: Lusaka, Ndola, Livingstone, Mfuwe, Ndola, Solwezi, Kasama, Lubumbashi or Lilongwe.
