Nigerian airline takes Flyht for reporting system

The contract requires Flyht to install the AFIRS 220 systems on four Boeing 737 aircraft. The airline will use AFIRS to provide real-time flight data monitoring. The system will record automated Out, Off, On and In times (power on to power off), airframe and engine exceedances, flight tracking, automated engine data collection for real time trending, fuel management and satellite voice communications.
The Canadian company will provide equipment and services to the airline over a five-year contract with automatic annual renewals after the initial term. Installations are anticipated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2013. The contract is valued at around $636,000 .
