IndiGo adds Ayodhya to its domestic route network

IndiGo has added Ayodhya, in Uttar Pradesh, as the 86th domestic destination and 118th overall destination, in the 6E network.

IndiGo will also have the honour of being the first carrier to operate from the soon to be inaugurated Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram International Airport in Ayodhya. The inaugural flight from Delhi will arrive in Ayodhya on December 30, 2023. Subsequently, commercial operations for a direct flight will commence between Delhi and Ayodhya from January 06, 2024, followed by tri-weekly flights between Ahmedabad and Ayodhya from January 11, 2024.
