EgyptAir increases flights from Cairo to several cities around the world
It is to operate one daily flight to Amsterdam, New York, Bahrain, and Madrid, five weekly flights to Barcelona, Vienna and Baghdad, in addition to 11 weekly flights to Casablanca instead of nine.
Most of these flights will be aboard medium- and long-range Boeing 777-300 and Boeing 737-800, one of the latest types that recently joined the company's fleet, especially B738 which is a suitable type for the company's plan to cut down costs; It reduces fuel usage by 6% compared to the same type currently operated in the company and maintenance costs by 20% and also the operating costs by 8%.
