SAA takes action against former CEO

SAA said that the enquiry will be considering the complaints against Kalawe, “in terms of SAA's policies and practices and the law".
The decision to proceed follows an investigation by a law firm. In a statement SAA said: “Both parties will be legally represented during the disciplinary enquiry. The disciplinary enquiry process will commence in due course on the dates to be determined by the external chairperson in conjunction with the parties' representatives."
Kalawe was suspended in November 2014 for unspecified reasons, amid media reports of a rift between the executive and board chair Dudu Myeni.
