Kamuzu International Airport blacklisted
Kamuzu International Airport (KIA), Malawi, has been blacklisted by international airlines with South African Airways (SAA) cancelling flights on Friday.

SAA advised passengers that flights were cancelled due to conditions at the airport that did not comply with SAA operational requirements.
Customers will be able to re-book their flights under certain conditions.
The Department of Civil Aviation has warned that delays to address safety issues at the airport could result in other airports being blacklisted by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).
