This is the fourth consecutive time watch brand has partnered with the Dubai aviation trade event, following partnerships in 2015, 2017 and 2019.
Breitling manufactures its own movements in-house and the quality of every one is – like the movements in all Breitling watches – confirmed by its status as a COSC-certified chronometer, made in Switzerland. In its role as Official Timing Sponsor, Breitling is able to showcase its dedication to precision, sustainable solutions and innovation at the event.
Breitling has three collections in its Air universe, the iconic Navitimer, the redesigned Avenger – a collection as bold and robust as its name suggests, and the Aviator 8, a contemporary interpretation of Breitling’s first pilot watches. Together, the collections showcase an evolution of the brand’s pilot’s watches, once again confirming its status as the world’s leading manufacturer of aviation-related watches. Each created as a reliable companion for aerial adventurers who want to achieve something outstanding and unexpected.
Aed Adwan, managing director, Breitling Middle East, commented: ‘’The Dubai Airshow is a natural collaboration for Breitling given our storied history providing instruments for the aviation industry. An industry which requires the highest levels of precision and accuracy – two fields which Breitling specialises in. We are thrilled to be partnering with the event for the fourth time and we are looking forward to showcasing our latest collections during the show.‘’
Timothy Hawes, managing director at Tarsus F&E LLC, organisers of Dubai Airshow 2021 added: “Dubai Airshow is a global aviation and aerospace event that has been playing a role in shaping the future of the industry since its launch in 1989. We are proud of our ongoing collaboration with Breitling for the last four years, who has been a key supporter for the event and for the aviation industry in general.”
