Libyan C-130 destroyed in oilfield crash
A Lockheed C-130 Hercules transport plane which was on charter an oil company in Libya, has crashed killing three of the four crew.
The transporter had delivered catering supplies and maintenance equipment to the Sharara oil field on behalf of Akakus Oil but crashed shortly after takeoff. The aircraft was destroyed. The fourth member of crew was injured.
