11 killed as private jet crashes in Iran

A Turkish heiress and social media personality, seven of her friends, and three crew have been killed as their plane crashed at Zagros Mountains in western Iran.

Mina Basaran, 28-year-old daughter of Turkish billionaire businessman Huseyin Basaran, and her female friends were flying back on a Bombardier CL604  to Istanbul after celebrating Basaran's bachelorette party in Dubai.

While investigators have found the black box, the cause of the crash is still unknown.

Basaran was due to marry next month.
