Turkish Airlines’ sees passenger numbers decline in January
Turkish Airlines carried 3.9 million passengers in January, down 31% from January 2019.

Passenger load factor fell by 13.5 percentage points to 66%. Meanwhile, the volume of cargo and mail carried increased by 6% versus January 2019.
Domestic routes also saw a decline, with the airline stating the total number of passengers carried fell by 39% to 1.6 million. It added that on international routes, passenger numbers fell by 25% to 2.3 million.
