TAV Airports receives service quality awards for four airports
TAV Airports has received service quality awards for four airports; Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje.

The airports have been recognised among the best airports in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) awards organised by the Airports Council International (ACI World).
The awards, determined based on passenger evaluations, will be presented at a ceremony during the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit, which will take place in Guangzhou, China, from September 8-11, 2025.
TAV Airports, a member of Groupe ADP, has received recognition for Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports under the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) programme.
Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, and Milas-Bodrum airports were awarded the titles of “Best Airport in Europe” in their respective passenger capacity categories and “Most Enjoyable Airport in Europe”. İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports stood out in the “Easiest Airport Journey in Europe” category for their performance in passenger processing. Additionally, İzmir Adnan Menderes and Milas-Bodrum airports won the “Cleanest Airport in Europe” award. Milas-Bodrum Airport was also recognized among the best in the “Most Dedicated Staff in Europe” category.
