Parliament of Ghana approves development of Kumasi Airport development
The Parliament of Ghana has approved two financial contracts totalling 72.8 million Euros for the development of Kumasi International Airport.

The facilities are between government and Banco Santander S.A. and its affiliates.
Kumasi is the capital of the Ashanti Region in Ghana. It is the busiest local airport, before Tamale International Airport, in Ghana. The government said it intends to make Kumasi an alternative aviation centre in the country.
