Nigeria requires NGN25 billion to fence airports
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has said it needs NGN25 billion (USD125.6 million) to fence 22 airports to high security standards.

General Manager, Corporate Communications, FAAN, Yakubu Dati, said that each airport is 50 kilometres longs and would require a large sum for each to be securely fenced.
Only four of the airports are currently fenced, however all will need to be made secure in line with safety measures.
The American TSA investigated Nigerian airports earlier this month to make sure the airports are conforming to security requirements.
