Abidjan Airport named most improved in Africa
The Félix-Houphouët-Boigny International Airport (Côte d’Ivoire) was awarded in the category "Most improved” for the African continent.
These awards are based on a passenger survey, from check-in to departure, conducted at nearly 400 airports worldwide and based on 37 key indicators such as services provided, access, safety, waiting times, courtesy, cleanliness and comfort, etc.
Gilles Darriau, CEO of Abidjan Airport (AERIA), will attend the ASQ Awards Ceremony next September. The Ceremony is part of the second ASQ Forum & ACI Customer Experience Global Summit that will take place in Bali, Indonesia.
