92% of passengers dissatisfied with Nigerian airports
Research conducted by Travelstart has shown that 92% of passengers are dissatisfied with the service at Nigerian airports.

Passengers showed dissatisfaction with a lack of facilities, conduct of Immigration, Port Health and Customs officers and careless handling of luggage. 70% said they their luggage had been “searched or rummaged through”.
“The system needs to be more fluid, bearing in mind the volume of people travelling.
The luggage check, annoying as it is, can't be abolished because there are no luggage scanners but it is the biggest interrupter of the process,” said representatives for the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
In written comments, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, customer service and staff training were suggested as areas for improvement.
