Pegasus Airlines flight crashes upon landing at Sabiha Gokcen airport

The Turkish transportation ministry has said there has been three fatalities of the 177 people onboard, including six crew members, and 52 people have been transported to nearby hospitals.
The Boeing 737 is reported to have come into trouble upon landing in heavy winds and rain.
The low-cost carrier said in a statement: “The Pegasus Airlines flight PC2193, on a TC-IZK registered aircraft, flying from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport today (5 February 2020), experienced a runway excursion after landing at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. There have been no fatalities, and our injured passengers have been taken to hospital.
“We will continue to provide further information with regards to the incident.”
