New management team at Kuwait Airways

Ibrahim Al-Khuzam has been named as the new CEO of Kuwait Airways. The flag-carrier has formally disclosed the appointment as part of a revised management line-up.

The airline has also named Sami Fahad Al-Rushaid as its chairman, succeeding Rasha Al-Roumi who was credited with masterminding the modernisation of the Kuwait Airways' fleet with Boeing 777-300ERs, part of a broader renewal which includes the Airbus A320neo and A350.
