Ch-aviation has reported that the suit supposedly resolved was in response to Fly Go-Air’s CEO, Reg Sivsanker posting on social media that Airlink planned to sabotage the carrier’s Pietermaritzburg operations.

Sivsanker told The Witness that the two companies had agreed to settle out of court, which has since been denied by Airlink spokeswoman, Karin Murray.

Murray stated that the case had been removed from the court roll, but an out of court settlement was still pending.
