Air Namibia in talks to acquire SuperJets

The Russian manufacturer's senior vice president, Eugene Andrachnikov, told the Interfax news agency his firm was angling for a possible 2018 delivery date.
The deal may also include assistance in the areas of aircraft maintenance, pilot training, and infrastructural development, he said.
Should the Namibian state-owned carrier commit to an order, it will become the SuperJet's sub-Sahara African launch customer and operator.
