Air Namibia ends operations
Air Namibia has announced on Twitter all flight operations will be suspended from February 11, 2021, this is following the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

It added the carrier will not accept new reservations.
The airline has informed its staff of 636 employees that each will receive a 12-month severance package, but benefits will end immediately.
Airline leaders and the Namibian government are expected to meet later today to finalise the liquidation.
