Emirates Airline president Sir Tim Clark drew a metaphorical line in the sand with regard to acceptance of new aircraft. In a no-holds-barred interview with The Air Current founder, legendary aviation journalist Jon Ostower, Sir Tim said he would not accept aircraft that are not 100% ready to meet the airline’s needs.
