GISS 2025: Aviation transformation with unity

Highlights of ICAO’s three-day event in Abu Dhabi included decarbonisation efforts and eVTOL demonstrations.

ICAO’s landmark Global Implementation Support Symposium partnered by UAE regulator GCAA united more than 2,000 aviation professionals including 32 ministerial officials from around the world to share their collective vision and address some of the most pressing challenges in the aviation sector from sustainability, innovation and consistency.

With the inaugural Global Sustainable Aviation Marketplace (GSAM) alongside – this initiative from the GCAA, formed part of the overall experience. From decarbonisation in the air to eVTOL demonstrations, we look at the highlights of the three day event in Abu Dhabi.
