Gulf Air upgrades website to be more customer friendly

Gulf Air has upgraded its website with a whole new look and feel, with several user-friendly features, making online booking through gulfair.com even easier and faster.

The improved website has been developed based on comments and feedback from users regarding design and content. Featuring a new fresh dynamic layout and a color scheme reflecting the airline’s brand, the new homepage provides a sleeker online experience for customers. There is also more space for information on the latest news and offers for customers to take advantage of.  

This is the first phase towards full upgrade of the website and in the next few months more dynamic features will be incorporated utilizing the website’s sophisticated Content Management System (CMS) to further improve reliability of the site and consistency across pages. The website, offering five language options – English, Arabic, German, French and Italian - will be adding further information to the localized language versions to meet the needs of the specific countries.

Gulf Air’s “Lowest Fares Guaranteed” initiative promises customers that they will not find a cheaper Gulf Air flight anywhere else online and will refund the difference, if they do!
