Air Mauritius strengthens the Chinese market

The national airline is thus pursuing its development plan for the Chinese market which has known a 77% growth since its launch.
This new direct flight will also enable passengers of the south western region of the Indian Ocean and those of the south and east of Africa to travel to Guangzhou using Mauritius as a hub.
Initially, the only destination was Hong Kong. The national carrier gradually introduced new destinations to Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu. With this new flight to Guangzhou and an additional flight to Shanghai which will start soon, Air Mauritius will offer a total of 8 weekly flights to China.
