Experience        

The OCC Manager is responsible for:                                                                                                                                                      

 

Ensuring all operations staff are fully conversant with the Operations Manual and Emergency Procedures Manual.

Monitoring and coordinating the activities of all other departments to achieve punctuality and regularity targets, with due regard to operational, maintenance and security requirements.

Ensuring that any disruption to the flying programme is dealt with in a calm and professional manner with due regard to passenger welfare policy and cost effective solutions.

Follow up on air traffic routings problems and delay analysis, Journey I Tech Logs issues and responses to crew. Analysis of journey logs comments, seeking responses from relevant departments and ensuring operational response to crew.

Daily posting and monitoring of network performance. Leading daily on time performance meetings with service provider to review and correct any operational problems. Optimising the schedule to prevent recurrent delays.
