Acunis to showcase Ethiopian airport cargo terminal project at Dubai Airport Show

Its airport logistics includes the planning and engineering of cargo terminals as well as the integration of high-bay racking stores, conveyor technology and warehouse management systems.  

The German company will also showcase current reference projects in the air cargo segment, including the realisation of an air cargo terminal for Ethiopian Airlines at the Addis Ababa airport in Ethiopia.  

This facility is to commence operations in summer 2017 and with a handling capacity of 600 t per year is the largest of its kind on the African continent. The concept already allows for an expansion to 1.2m tons per year.
